What will be deleted
After ownership verification, we will delete your StoryForge Tools account, saved workspaces, favourites, tool history, preferences, and other account-associated tool data stored on our website.
What may be retained
We may retain limited security, fraud-prevention, legal, tax, and Google Play transaction records where required by law or platform rules. These records are isolated from active account data and retained only for the applicable legal or regulatory period.
Processing time
We normally verify and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you through the submitted Google account email to confirm ownership.
Subscriptions
Deleting your StoryForge Tools account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately through Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
