Police allege that Rinku Kumari had financial dealings with Kaushal Kumar, a resident of her native village. According to investigators, Kaushal had allegedly taken around ₹15 lakh from her on the pretext of a land transaction. Police claim that when Rinku began demanding her money back, Kaushal allegedly conspired with school caretaker Ajit Kumar Bablu to kill her. These allegations remain subject to judicial scrutiny.
Family’s Five-Year Fight for Justice
According to the victim’s daughters, they believed from the day of the incident that their mother had not died by suicide.
